A creamy cheesy sauce which can be used for pasta dishes or serves with tortilla chips. This recipe is made in the microwave and takes less than a minute to cook.

Ingredients

1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp plain flour (maida)
2 tbsp grated processed cheese
3/4 cup milk
salt and to taste

Method
  1. Put the butter in a glass bowl and microwave on high for about 10 seconds.
  2. Add the flour and microwave on high for 20 seconds, stirring once in-between after 10 seconds.
  3. Add the milk and cheese and microwave on high for about 20 seconds. Do not boil.
  4. Add salt and pepper.

Cheese sauce is yummm! I love pepper and cheese combination! this sauce goes well with nachos, tortillas, almost anything and everything! its rich and sinful! Loved it.
