  1. Take thick curd, drain all the water by hanging it overnight in a muslin cloth. add fresh cream and grated cheese, a little milk . then add finely chopped garlic,corriander leaves,chopped mint leaves and celery. then add salt and pepper. add a little more cheese in the end.

Thank you so much for such a wonderful and yummy recipe! I struggled searching for celery so i just skipped it,but my family loved it with bread sticks and corn chips. is there anything that can replace celery in this recipe?
