Cheese Croutons

Cheese croutons look wonderful and are best garnished on top of the soup just before serving. Bread is grilled till it is golden brown and grilled on the other side topped with cheese. You could try sprinkling seasonings and chopped tomatoes, capsicum etc. As toppings. They add to the taste as well as the aesthetic appeal of the soup.

Ingredients

4 slices bread or a small
100 gms grated table cheese

Method
  1. Grill the bread slices, on one side only.
  2. Turn the slices over, sprinkle the cheese on top and grill until golden brown.

Tips
  1. Note:- Float these croutons on top of the soup just before serving.
