The che-mato pasta is a delicious one-dish meal that you can have as an evening snack or even for supper. You may add more vegetables like grated carrots, cabbage, beans, etc. Along with the capsicum. The tomato puree gives a tangy touch, while the grated cheese makes it quite filling.

This tastes so good. Tomatoes and cheese make it so flavourful. I loved this recipe so much that I will make it again for the third time.

I have liked pasta since the day I first ate it. This was the first time I cooked pasta myself; and I must say that this is an awesome recipe. It is easy to cook and tasty too.
