  1. Soak chana over night .
  2. Add 1 tsp salt and boil in a pressure cooker.
  3. Drain the water completely.
  4. Heat little oil in a kadhai,add jeera, dhania and red chilly powder, boiled chana, salt and saute for 2-3 mts.
  5. Remove from fire
  6. Add finely chopped raw onion, tomato, chilly ginger,coriander leaves .
  7. Mix and serve.
