Chak De Burger is a complete burger with all the necessary ingredients require to make a filling appetite.

For The Patties
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/2 cup finely chopped french beans
1/2 cup green peas
salt to taste
1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1/2 tsp ginger (adrak) green chilli paste
1 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp chilli powder
3 tbsp oil
3 to 4 boiled and mashed potatoes

Other Ingredients
4 to 6 burger buns
1/2 cup sliced onions
4 tomatoes , finely sliced
2 to 3 lettuce leaves
4 to 6 cheese slices

  1. Take 1 tbsp oil in a pan, roast all the veggies by adding salt until soft,except the potatoes, add the remaining masalas and keep it aside to cool.
  2. Once cool, make soft potato rolls adding a spoonful of the roasted veggies and roll into a shape of a flattened ball. Roast the patties from both the sides using a little oil.
  3. Take the tava, heat a little oil to it, take the burger slice roast it on both the sides ,keep it on plate , add the lettuce leaves, onion slices, sliced tomatoes, cheese slice, rolled burger patties, repeat the same again till u close the burger with the other half of the burger bread.
  4. Roast the complete burger on both sides for a minute and its ready to eat!
  5. Serve this with tomato ketchup.
