Ingredients
1 medium cauliflower , cut into florets
1 onion , roughly chopped
450 ml vegetable stock
450 ml milk
25 gms walnuts (akhrot) , chopped
salt and freshly ground black pepper powder to taste
Method
    Method
  1. Combine the cauliflower, onions and stock in a deep pa, mix well and bring to the boil.
  2. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or till they turn soft.
  3. Add the milk and walnuts, mix well and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Cool and blend in a mixer till smooth.
  5. Transfer the soup to the same pan, add the salt and pepper, mix well and bring to boil
  6. Serve hot.
