Ingredients


1 cup cauliflower florets
1 tbsp plain flour (maida)
1/2 tbsp peanut butter
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup crushed peanuts
1 tbsp butter
salt to taste

Method
  1. Cook the cauliflower in boiling salted water.
  2. Heat the butter in a pan and add the flour to it.
  3. Stir for some time and then add the peanut butter and heat till it melts.
  4. Add the milk and stir well to form a smooth sauce.
  5. Add the cooked cauliflower, crushed peanuts, 1 cup of hot water and salt and mix well.
  6. Serve hot.

Tips
  1. You can use the water in which the cauliflower was boiled to make the dish more tasty.
  2. If you have a grinder, try making your own peanut butter.
  3. Grind some roasted peanuts finely and mash them to a paste, adding a little vegetable oil if necessary.
