Prepare the spicy and tangy Cauliflower achar or pickle and enjoy with paranthas or pulao.The cauliflower florets are pickled in oil, spices and salt and then enjoyed for weeks as achar

1 full cauliflower
2 to 3 tsp chilli powder
2 to 3 tsp mustard (rai / sarson) powder
3 tsp salt
2 pinches of sugar
2 tsp lemon juice , oil for tempering, few mustard seeds ( rai / sarson) , asafoetida , 2 to 3 green chillies, few chopped corainder


  1. First you chop the
  2. Caurliflower into small pieces
  3. And than wash it and drain it and then take a bowl put caurliflower pieces, rai powder and mirchi powder and limbu ka ras and salt sugar and after that take small kadai and heat it put some oil and make tadka with rai and hing.after that you put on the aachar and mix it well in he bowl,keep it aside for few hours.garnish with cilantro
