With its sweet flavour and crunchy texture, carrots combine beautifully with garlic resulting in a delightful chutney that has a very garlicky taste. The wonderful work of carrots is further accentuated by the addition of zesty lemon juice and a dash of chilli powder too. It is important to grind this chutney coarsely for the best texture and flavour.

So simple and amazing achaar recipe.. This carrot achaar is little spicy and tangy.. It works as a delightful accompaniment with parathas, rotis and many more..
