This juice is absolutely low in calories and is not strained so as to retain all the fibre in the juice itself. Whole Wheat Salad Wrap, with this juice makes an ideal breakfast treat that's really rich in fibre.

2 cups grated carrot
2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
1/2 tsp lemon juice
2 cups water
salt to taste

To serve
8 ice-cubes

  1. Blend together the carrots and water in a mixer to get a smooth purée.
  2. Add the coriander, lemon juice and salt and serve over ice-cubes.
