Perk up the healthful benefits of a simple dosa recipe with this Carrot & peas dosa. The grated carrots and boiled peas are added to the dosa batter and then made into a crispy crunchy dosa. Enjoy as breakfast, snack or packed tiffin with coconut chutney.

Method

  1. Soak the rice & dal seprately for 7-8hours.
  2. Grind them together & let it ferment for 9hours.
  3. Mix the rest of the ingridients together.
  4. Now add salt to the batter & make thick dosas & evenly sprinkle the mixture over it ,cover & cook till the base is golden in colcr.
  5. It is to be cooked on one side only.serve hot with coconut chutney.
