  1. Heat the oil. Fry the mustard seeds lightly and add asafoetida, tomatoes, capsicum pieces, 1 teacup water and cook for a few minutes. Add the pineapple pieces.
  2. Add the mixed masala and stir well until cooked.
  3. Add the grated coconut and chopped coriander.
  4. Serve hot sprinkled with potato wafers on top.
