Capsicum Salad

You can leave the salad for more than an hour also. it will absorb the flavour and gives nice taste.

  1. Cut capsicum, tomatoes and carrots into small half inch cubes.
  2. Cut green chillies into small and add to it.
  3. Add salt and lemon juice.
  4. In a fry pan heat oil.
  5. Add mustard seeds and asafoetida.
  6. Once the mustard splutter, add curry leaves and add the seasoning to the salad.
  7. Mix thoroughly and garnish with coriander leaves.
  8. Leave it atleast for one hour to get the flavour into the salad.
