Capsicum Rings

I tried this recipe, its crunchy and tastes OK. When it''s deep fried, it absorbs too much of an oil and inspite of draining on tissues, there was lot of oil in it. If you are diet conscious, then think before trying it out. For spicy lovers, its little plain.

Tarla Dalal    Hi, These rings will be a little oily...and they are not supposed to be spicy, the chaat masala sprinkled on top will give a nice taste...

Just like onion rings, this recipe is another hit starter or snack. I love the deep fried rings and added chaat masala after the deep frying.. make it quite often when I want to have something crunchy and goes well with a movie..
