Cabbage paratha recipe is simple paratha made by adding cabbage and seasoning to the wheat flour. It is a quick breakfast recipe and are best enjoyed with a bowl of fresh curd.

Ingredients

Method
  1. Combine the cabbage with little salt and keep aside for 10 minutes. Squeeze the excess water from the cabbage.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients, mix well and knead into a soft dough, using very little water.
  3. Divide the dough into 13 equal portions and roll out each portion into a circle of 6" diameter, using little flour for rolling.
  4. Heat a tava and cook each paratha, using little ghee, till golden brown spots appear on both the sides.
  5. Serve hot.
