Who can resist tender, juicy sweet corn? surely, kids cannot. So, treat them to cooked corn on the cob, buttered and spiced with pepper, chilli powder or chaat masala. This is a scrumptious and nutritious snack, full of anti-oxidants, minerals and vitamins. It is also sure to give your children a vital energy boost.
- Steam the corn cobs till tender.
- Using a knife, spread butter on both corn cobs.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper and serve immediately.
- You can use chilli powder or chaat masala instead of salt and pepper.
