Ingredients

Method
  1. Heat the oil in a wok or a deep non-stick kadhai on a high flame, add the ginger, garlic, celery and onions and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the carrots and capsicum and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the broccoli and baby corn and sauté on a medium flame for 1 minute.
  4. Add the noodles, salt and pepper, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve immediately.
