Ingredients


3 cups broccoli florets
1 1/2 cups cooked corn (makai) kernels
1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp sliced and fried almonds (badam)
1 tbsp jalapeno
2 tbsp butter
salt to taste

Method
  1. Blanch the broccoli in boiling salted water for 3 minutes. Drain.
  2. Heat the butter and fry the onion for 1/2 minute.
  3. Add the almonds and fry again until they become crisp.
  4. Add the broccoli, corn, jalapenos and salt and fry for a few minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
