3/4 cup steamed broccoli florets
3/4 cup blached cauliflower
1/2 cup shredded red cabbage
1/2 cup shredded cabbage
lemon wedges for garnishing

To Be Mixed Into A Dressing
1/3 cup low fat curds
1 1/2 tbsp grated processed cheese
1/4 tsp of mustard (rai / sarson) powder
1 tsp finely chopped parsley
a pinch of sugar and salt
  1. Combine all the ingredients including the dressing and toss well.
  2. Serve chilled.

oh yes... it truly is one exotic salad... I loved the dressing... and the crunch from the 2 cabbages made it even more appetising....
