Ingredients

1 cup broccoli florets
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 cup thinly sliced onions
1/2 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun)
1/2 cup thinly sliced carrots
2 tbsp finely chopped celery (ajmoda)
salt and freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste

Method
  1. Heat the olive oil in a deep non-stick pan, add the onions, garlic, carrots and celery and sauté on amedium flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Add the broccoli, salt and 2½ cups of hot water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the pepper and mix well.
  4. Serve hot.

Nice clear soup with broccoli, carrots, and celery. Love having the soup broth with the sliced onions as it has a nice subtle flavor.

Nice recipe! Loved the infusion of garlic and ginger. Its a subtle broth. the pasta does not over power other flavours which i liked the most!
