Broccoli aloo paneer ki subzi is an appealing and colorful mixed vegetable preparation with broccoli florets cooked with paneer and potatoes in a tomato based gravy. Enjoy broccoli and paneer alu subji as a main course healthy dish.
- Heat the oil in a kadhai, add the ginger-garlic paste and onions and sauté for a few minutes.
- Add the potato and salt and sauté for another 4 to 5 minutes.
- Add 2 to 3 tbsp of water and the broccoli and cook till the potatoes are cooked.
- Add the paneer and chilli flakes, mix well and sauté for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Serve hot.
