Ingredients
10 fresh bread slices
melted butter for greasing and brushing
Method
For the tartlet cases

  1. Remove the crust from the slices.
  2. Roll each slice with a rolling pin.
  3. Press the rolled slices into the cavities of a muffin tray which is lightly greased with butter.
  4. Brush with melted butter and bake in a hot oven at 230 degree c (450 degree f) for 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp.

A very easy and quick basic recipe. I tried this recipe and they become nice and crisp in just 10 minutes. I had filled it with your recipe of broccoli and red capsicum dip and it tasted just amazing.
