Bread ke dahi bada is an unique way of relishing the Punjabi dahi wadas with soaked breads stuffed with potatoes and topped with beaten curd, sweet and spicy chutneys and chopped green chillies.

Method


  1. Soak the bread for 10 seconds in water/milk.
  2. Squeeze the water/milk.
  3. Make a dove of it.
  4. Fill the dry fruits.
  5. Make a ball of it.
  6. Roll the ball in curd.
  7. Sprankle the green coordinder leaves and chopped ginger.
  8. Sprankle the salt.
  9. Pour some tomato kethcup preferabably of tamirind.

What if I fry those bread balls and put them in water. As we make dahibade.
