Ingredients

Method

  1. Chop the onions into fine pieces.
  2. Break the bread slices into small pieces
  3. Heat the iol in a big enough kadai
  4. Add the mustard seeds and once they start crackeling add the onions....
  5. Stir for a minute or till the onions become soft and pinkish
  6. Add the red chilli, green chilli, dhaniya, turmeric powder and salt
  7. Stir for about a minute...
  8. Then add the bread pieces and stir till all the masala mixes well with the bread....
  9. Sprinkle a few drops of water and cover the kadai for about a minute....
  10. Remove from heat, add lemon juice on the top and green dhaiya leaves for garnish...
