A simple and yet so tasty and healthy sandwich recipe, the Bread egg sandwich has the boiled eggs sliced and then added in between the bread slices along with cheese and seasonings. Enjoy the sandwich plain or grilled with ketchup.

4 eggs
8 bread slices
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp black pepper (kalimirch) powder
salt to taste
butter for toasting


  1. For stuffing
  2. a kadai put the oil and add the eggs and fry them. then add salt,pepper powderand fry them till they are done.
  3. 2.then take two breads slices and on one end apply some butter and add the stuffing inbetween two breads and place it on the toaster with the covered bread top greased with butter.
  4. Through the indicator of the toaster the bread sandwhich is ready to eat hot.
