Make sure that eggs are mixed well and no lumps are formed. This is not a spicy dish but if you wish to make it spicy you can add extra chilies or masala as per your taste

Ingredients

4 eggs , beaten
2 tbsp ghee
20 raisins (kismis)
potato salli
2 to 3 green chillies , finely chopped
salt to taste

Method
  1. Take a non stick pan add ghee (pure ghee will give you added taste and aroma)add chilies, than add eggs, french fries, salt and kismis and mix it well it should have good amount of moisture. Serve hot.
