Making besan laddoos has never been so easy. Cook the gram flour and ghee mixture very carefully as even a few seconds extra can cause the gram flour to burn.

Ingredients

Method
  1. In a microwave safe bowl, add the gram flour and ghee and mix well. Microwave on high for 3 minutes, stirring after every 1 minute.
  2. Reduce the power to 70% and microwave for another minute stirring once after 30 seconds. Remove and let the mixture cool completely.
  3. Add the sugar powder and cardamom powder and mix it throughly.
  4. Divide the mixture into 10 equal portions, shape each portion into a round ball. Serve immediately or store in a air-tight container.

Excellent recipe. I used both coarse and fine besan and the consistency was perfect for magas. It saves cooking time. Thanks.
