Method


  1. Cut capsicums and carrots in small thin long strips.shallow fryin little oil with salt and chilly powder until done .keep aside.
  2. Mix apaste of bason with salt,chillypdr,sugar and mango powder .
  3. Keep i tbsp oil in a pan and add jeera and shallow fry this paste without sticking at the bottom.keep covered until done and make it to a nice coarse powder.
  4. Add it to the vegetables evenly with dhania leaves decorated.
