Dill is aromatic, and the mild caraway like flavour can be enjoyed in this recipe. You can modify the dressing by using low fat curds instead of an oil base.

Makes 4 servings


Ingredients


To Be Mixed Into A Vinaigrette Dressing
2 tbsp salad oil
1 tbsp vinegar
mustard (rai / sarson) powder
1/4 tsp sugar
salt and to taste

Other Ingredients
4 medium-sized beetroot ,
boiled and cut into 25 mm. (1”) cubes
2 tbsp chopped dill leaves

Method
  1. Combine the dressing and the beetroot together in a serving bowl and toss well. Refrigerate till use.
  2. Just before service, add the dill leaves and mix well.
  3. Serve immediately.
