Beetroot and Carrot Soup ( Baby and Toddler Recipe)

I must admit that this is a brightly coloured soup and you're going to have a lot of stained "bibs" initially. Carrots provide vitamin A which is good for your baby's skin and the beetroot add sweetness, colour and fibre. Remember to ensure that your baby is not allergic to any of them.
- Combine the beetroot and carrot along with 1 cup of water and pressure cook for 2 whistles.
- Cool and blend in a mixer to a smooth purée and strain the soup using a strainer.
- Transfer the mixture into a deep non-stick pan and bring to a boil. Cool slightly.
- Serve lukewarm.
