Beaten Rice and Corn Upma it is a savoury snack for breakfast or evening tea.
- Heat the ghee, then add urad dal, mustard seeds, hing, curry leaves, onion and cashews. Add corn and fry. Add water and buttermilk and cook till dry. Grind ginger, green chillies and coconut to a paste. Add to corn and fry. Lastly add the washed beaten rice, salt, sugar, lime juice and toss.
