Ingredients


1 1/2 cups bean sprouts
1/4 cup capsicum, thinly sliced

For the dressing
1 clove of garlic (lehsun), crushed
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp peanuts, crushed
1 1/2 tsp oil

For the garnish
1 spring onion, chopped
2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
