A delightful anti-oxidant rich recipe loaded with sprouts, onions and tomatoes.

Serves 4.

Ingredients


1 1/2 cups bean sprouts
2 onions, sliced
2 tomatoes, sliced
a few drops soy sauce (optional)
salt to taste

Method
  1. Mix the sprouts, onions, tomatoes and salt.
  2. If you like, sprinkle a little soya sauce on top.
  3. Chill.
  4. Serve cold.

  2. Together, moong and soya give a nutritive high protein salad.
  3. Furthermore, raw sprouts and vegetables increase the fibre content as well as prevent loss of nutrients.
