A good old fashioned ice- cream which is an all time favourite. It only seemed befitting to begin this cookbook with a Vanilla Ice-cream that's absolutely divine and luscious. This custard based ice-cream is relatively lighter as it uses less cream. Turn this page to find a calorie laden Rich Vanilla Ice- cream.
