A fruity variation of the traditional lassi.

Ingredients


1 cup curds (dahi)
3 tbsp sugar
1 ripe banana ,mashed
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
a pinch of grated nutmeg (jaiphal)

Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients and blend in a liquidizer till smooth.
  2. Pour into 2 glasses and serve immediately.

Tips
  1. Use chilled curds and milk for this recipe.
