A creamy and lip smacking souffle recipe, Banana soufflé has sliced bananas blended with cream and egg whites. Decorate the banana soufflé with grated chocolate and banana slices.

Ingredients


1 tin of condensed milk
1 lemon
10 tsp sugar
2 bananas
5 drops of banana essence

Method

  1. First chill the milk in freezer.
  2. Meanwhile, slice the bananas and make a layer of it in a 8" bowl
  3. After about 1 hr. take out the milk from the freezer.
  4. Now take a blender, and pour the milk into it, add the sugar and essence.
  5. Blend this mixture at a fast speed. keep on blending till the mixture becomes thick.
  6. Now start adding lime drop by drop.
  7. Keep on doing this till the blender stops and the mixture becomes very thick.
  8. Pour this blended mixture on the layered bananas.
  9. Decorate with grated chocolate and bananas and any other fruits.
  10. Keep in the freezer to set.
  11. Serve cold.
