A popular kid friendly shake recipe, Banana milk shake has the banana blended with sugar, cream and milk and then served chilled with ice cubes on a summer day. The bananas are powerhouse of nutrients and energy and hence makes for a healthy choice for children.
- First peel the bananas
- Then cut them and put it in the blender , add 2 cups of milk
- Add 3 to 4 spoons of sugar
- Add ice pieces
- Close the blenders cap tightly .
- Grind it till soft .then pour them into a glass and pop the straws
