  1. Chop bananas into small pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the bananas till golden brown. Cool.
  3. Put eggs in a blender.
  4. Add sugar and blend. Mash the fried bananas.
  5. Add egg mixture and mix well.
  6. Also add cardamom powder,cashewnuts and raisins.
  7. Put this mixture in a greased baking dish and bake in the microwave oven for 10 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle cashewnuts.
