Ingredients


3 kerala bananas
1 cup grated coconut
1/2 cup mixed nuts
1/2 cup sugar
3 tsp ghee

Method

  1. Chop the bananas into small pieces
  2. Keep a kadai on flame with 3 tea spoon ghee
  3. When the ghee heats up add the dry fruits and fry for one minute
  4. Remove and keep aside
  5. To the same pan add the chopped bananas and fry for three minutes
  6. Add grated coconut and mix well
  7. Add the sugar and mix again
  8. Remove from fire add dry fruits
  9. Mix well and serve hot or cool
