Method
  1. Cut the paneer into flat thin pieces. Deep fry lightly in oil.
  2. Heat the butter and fry the onion for 1 minute.
  3. Add the capsicum and carrot and fry again for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the white sauce, paneer slices, sugar, salt and pepper.
  5. Spread the mixture on a greased baking dish. Cover with the cheese and bake in a hot oven at 230 degree C (450 degree F) for 10 minutes.
  6. Serve hot. If you like, surround with buttered green peas.
