An assortment of unique taste and nutrition ,baked corn in tomato salsa are sure to break through the boundaries of delight. The corn is baked in a typical Mexican tomato salsa sauce and served as a starter or snack .
- In a pan, sauté the garlic and onions in olive oil, add in the tomato puree and cook for 2-4 mins.
- Add in the herbs and the seasonings and mix well.
- add corn and olives and cook for another 5 mins pour into a baking dish and top with cheese and bake in the oven for 10 mins.
- Serve hot with bread rolls.
