Ingredients

Method
  1. Open the packet of corn and thaw in a colander.
  2. Add salt and pepper to the white sauce and mix well. Add half of the grated cheese and mix well. Now add the corn and mix well.
  3. Grease a baking dish and put the corn mixture in it. Cover with the remaining cheese and dot with butter.
  4. Bake in a hot oven at 200°C (400°F ) for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  5. Serve hot.

Interesting corn recipe! BAKEDcorn is somehow tastier than any other way of eating it...as the baking flavour compliments the sweetness of the corn! Loved it.
