  1. Dry roast all the ingredients on a tava (griddle) till they release an aroma. Keep aside to cool.
  2. Blend in a mixer to a fine powder and store in an air-tight container.
  3. Use as required.

this powder is used in various Lebanese rice dishes to make it more flavourful. it can also be used to marinade vegetable.
