Method


  1. Clean the babycorn and cut into small pieces.
  2. Cut the tofu(soya paneer)into small pieces as babycorn.
  3. Heat oil in a kadai and add jeera.
  4. When it splutters and the babycorn and fry.
  5. Sprinkle some water and close and cook for 10 mts.
  6. Now add the tofu, salt, pepper powder.
  7. Let it in sim for another 15 mts, till water evaporates.
  8. This curry can be served with rice items.
