Rang bhare baby corn! Chunks of baby corn cooked in a spicy coriander paste, this dish is delightful to see and taste.
- Heat the oil in a pan, add the prepared paste and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Add the baby corn, salt and 2 tbsp of water and mix well. Cook for 1 minute.
- Add the lemon juice and sugar. Mix well.
- Serve hot garnished with the tomatoes and lemon wedges.
