Avocado is a treasure trove of nutrients, yet many people are unsure of how to incorporate it in their diet. In this Avocado Salad, this vitamin E rich ingredient is innovatively tossed into a salad with crunchy veggies and a zinc-filled honey dressing. You will love this wonderful salad, and the shiny hair it will give you!

Ingredients

1 cup sliced avocado
1/2 cup sliced capsicum
1/2 cup deseeded and sliced tomatoes
1 cup sliced and blanched babycorn
1/2 cup cucumber strips

To Be Mixed Into A Dressing
2 tbsp honey
3/4 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp finely chopped mint leaves (phudina)
salt and freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) to taste

Method
  1. Combine the all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mix well.
  2. Add the dressing and toss well.
  3. Serve immediately.

It is a very quick recipe. The combination of honey and phudina gives it a sweet minty taste making it more delightful. A must try avocado recipe.
