Surprising, but true. Avocados taste as good in an ice-cream as they do with your salads and in guacamole! Their natural creamy texture helps to make this one a smooth and creamy dessert.
- Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend till it is a smooth mixture.
- Pour into a shallow container. Cover and freeze for 4 to 6 hours till it is almost set.
- Churn this mixture in a blender till is smooth and frothy.
- Transfer into a shallow container. Cover and freeze till it is firm. Scoop and serve.
