Ingredients

Method
  1. Heat the oil in a wok, add the garlic and stir-fry for a minute.
  2. Add the asparagus, water-chestnuts, and stir-fry for a couple of minutes.
  3. Add the vegetarian Oyster sauce, soya sauce, vegetable stock, seasoning cube, sugar and salt and stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes
  4. Add the cornflour mixture and cook till the sauce thickens.
  5. Serve immediately.
