Asparagus and corn come together augratin; in a delectable dish that is ideal for small family dinners. Augratin typically means 'covered with cheese, filled with white sauce and baked in an oven'. You may be amused to note that the literal translation of the French phrase is 'with the burnt scrapings from the pan'!
